Today, an anonymous donor donated $1000 which almost totally funds April and I’s upcoming trip to Uganda with Blood:Water Mission. Absolutely humbled and in awe of the support of our friends all over the world who have helped make this dream a reality for April and I. This will be a life-changing trip that few get to do, and certainly one of the most important things I will do in my lifetime. I’ve been praying for context of my life outside of the bubble I live in, of seeing people differently, as God would, with more love and compassion, and I know this trip will do just that. So, for those who contributed, thank you. 

Many contributed, others couldn’t but wanted to, and they’re all appreciated to me. I’d like to personally recognize the folks who donated to our Crowdrise site to go. All monies contributed went directly to Blood:Water Mission as a donation, and Blood:Water set aside the money needed for our trip. All donations were/are tax deductible, as well. Again, I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate all your support as we experience life in this completely amazing way, and as it changes us to become better family members, better friends, better humans. Thank you from both April and I.
